These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pathfinder app (the "App") provided by BMTP Company ApS ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Use: The App is intended for personal and educational use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or interferes with the proper functioning of the App or infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property: The App and its content, including quizzes, fun facts, design elements and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

User Generated Content: The App may allow you to submit or post content, including quizzes and feedback. By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce and distribute the Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. You can also close your account and stop using the app at any time.

Changes: We may update or change these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the App after any changes, you accept and agree to the modified Terms.

Applicable law: These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
